Second Annual Annotated Christmas Carol Sing Brings Community Together

On December 2, St. George’s Anglican Church hosted its Second Annual Annotated Christmas Carol Sing, welcoming parishioners, neighbours, and community members for a joyful evening of music and storytelling.

Guests enjoyed singing some of their favourite carols of the season while learning the history, meaning, and surprising stories behind the hymns we all know so well. From classic melodies to treasured Christmas traditions, each song offered a new reason to celebrate the season.

Following the music, everyone gathered for hot chocolate and marshmallows, adding a warm and delicious finish to a festive event.

We are grateful to all who attended and helped make this wonderful evening possible. Events like these continue to remind us how music, community, and faith bring us closer—especially during Advent.
